




| Stamp Camp USA | Headquarters Office Staff Stamp Camp USA headquarters office staff is supplied through the Experience Works Program, and through specified grant projects designated for administrative personnel management. CEO/Executive Director Cheryl Edgcomb Cheryl Edgcomb is a lifelong stamp collector who specializes in United States postal history and topical/thematic collecting of "rainbows" on stamps. An employee of the United States Postal Service for the past 28 ½ years, Cheryl presently serves as postmaster at Nelson, Pennsylvania. Serving as youth exhibiting chairman for the American Association of Philatelic Exhibitors, Cheryl began including stamp exhibiting into the Benjamin Franklin Stamp Club Programs within her zip code area, establishing the Tri-Code Ben Franklin Stamp Fairs for children. Following a two-year pilot for postal headquarters in Washington, DC, Cheryl founded Stamp Camp USA, a non-profit philatelic education program geared for children that has achieved national and international acclaim. In 1995, Cheryl received the coveted "Luff Award" for exceptional contributions to philately, the highest recognition bestowed upon a member by the American Philatelic Society. In addition to her postmaster responsibilities, Cheryl currently serves as CEO and executive director of Stamp Camp USA. |
